All the artisans we collaborate with work as much as possible in a short circuit, meaning they limit the number of intermediaries. This means that they know and work directly with their producers.
Artisanal
For all the products we offer, artisans work based on artisanal know-how. For everyone, the human element is at the core of the product creation process, both in crafting and production.

In addition to offering only Brussels products, each artisan has been selected for their commitment to working as much as possible with local ingredients and in a spirit of development.
